This vehicle is a 6x6, 5-ton truck that is amphibious.
First designed in the late 50s, it has been in British service
since the early 60s. The British Army has no planned
replacement, due to it's durability and excellent design. While
in the water, the Stalwart has two waterjets for propulsion that
are steered by the driver. It can reverse thrust and back up, if
need be. If troops are carried instead of cargo, then 38
fully-equipped troops can be carried.
The Driver sits in the center of the cab, with a passenger
behind and to either side (Max personnel = driver & two
passengers). There is a ring mount for a light machine gun on
the top.
